Colombia Popayán (Decaf) applies the same distillery-led discipline as our core selection. Cocoa provides structure, followed by controlled caramelised sugar sweetness and a dry toasted grain finish. The end result is a beautifully balanced bean that retains the palate of our Popayán expression without sacrificing any of its original flavour. 

This release was decaffeinated using a sugarcane-derived process that serves to preserve the bean’s flavour whilst avoiding any harsh chemical treatments or off flavours. Roasted with our range of spirits in mind, it’s beautiful when brewed as an espresso, especially with a touch of milk.
