Crown Works' visit to the Midlands Whisky Festival 2026!
On September 13th 2026 Crown Works attended it’s first whisky show! Though not with our own stall; instead we sent our distillery manager Jade Cox to go let people know that we’re on our way!
For those of you who've never been, the Midlands Whisky Festival is held each year in the centre of Birmingham and features a wide variety of whisky distilleries over the span of two floors. It’s a whisky wonderland!

During our visit we were able to see many old friends of the distillery, and make many more! We also sampled a variety of fantastic spirits that we may end up featuring in future distillery events!
We also want to give an honourable mention to Nickolls & Perks who provided the show with a variety of premium offerings, including a bottle of Jade’s favourite whiskey: Peerless Rye Small Batch!
This event was a great was to reach out to the community and we’re definitely going to be attending every year, so if you ever want to meet us in person feel free to come along!
Of course, this is also a small teaser of what is coming soon for the future of our distillery, which we are incredibly excited to share with you all! A lot of work has been done behind the scenes to get our physical location up and running, and we are getting close now!
